SHINY Phalanges is a quick dry top coat that makes your manicure glossy and adds to your wear time. It is best applied to a fresh manicure when your top layer is not quite dry.
****The more your top coat is opened and exposed to air, the more potential it has for essential solvents to slowly evaporate. This can result in a thicker sometimes stringy top coat constancy. You can restore your SHINY Top Coat by adding a few drops of nail polish thinner and mixing very well. I recommend adding only 2 or 3 drops of nail polish thinner at a time and letting your Top Coat sit so any bubbles from mixing can dissipate.
